Open from May to September, in the middle of the garden, it looks on to the
lake with a solarium and panoramic view. The pool is an oasis of relaxation surrounded
by nature at its best, between the lake and the sky. With comfortable sun-beds,
you can spend the whole day in the open air and in the sun, also thanks to the
service of the Regina Lakeside Bar which offers light snacks throughout the day.
There is a hard tennis court in the garden behind the Hotel for guests on reservation.
Sporting Centre
In a building next to the hotel there is a Fitness centre equipped with modern
Technogym machines and a sauna, where guests can spend leisure time in pure relaxation.
The main water sports are on offer: water skiing, boat and motor-boat rental,
jet-ski, kayaks and regattas with the Cannottieri Moltrasio boat club.
Very close to the Hotel in the village of Moltrasio is the start of a signposted
path which in about three hours takes you to the Bugone Refuge which is half
an hour away from the summit of Mount Bisbino. Mountain specialities can be sampled
at the refuge and nearby there is a riding school for splendid excursions on horseback.
There are no fewer than 9 golf courses in a radius of 50 km, offering a genuine
paradise for all golfing enthusiasts. The Hotel offers its guests free reservation
and the Green Fee at a discount at the following affiliated courses: Golf Club
Carimate, Golf Club Menaggio e Cadenabbia, Golf Club Lanzo, Golf Club Ponticello,
La Pinetina Golf Club, Golf Club le Robinie, Golf Club Villa d’ Este, Green Club
Lainate and Campo Pratica Acropolis.
There are some important casinos within a short distance of the Hotel: the
Casino of Campione d’Italia, the Admiral Casino in Mendrisio at Fox Town and
the Lugano Casino which are only a few kilometres away. They offer several games,
including, in particular, roulette, chemin de fer, black jack, trente et quarante,
